(NASDAQ: FTR) has completed the first phase in a multi-phase, $3.2 million network improvement project to enhance services for residences and businesses in Warren, Hancock and Henderson counties.

The project added capacity and updated customer data routing, improving overall speeds for all customers while finishing two months ahead of schedule. Phase two will now begin earlier and a November completion is projected that will result in additional bandwidth and faster speeds to customers in Monmouth, Warren County and the surrounding communities.
