Broadband Deployment Council Infrastructure and Access Committee Meeting on Right of Way
One of the major projects the Infrastructure and Access committee has been discussing for the last year+ has been a Right of Way policy document. A proposal that has been developed by the Illinois Telecommunications Association (ITA) can be downloaded HERE.
